Before production: for raw material, we have strict inspection process after they arrive our factory ensure first period quality ensure every batch raw material meet industry standard;
Processing course: We demand the worker strictly follow the instruction to operate the machine to ensure every process qualified and reduce material waste. Mesh frame, bottom base whole process make the product with a higher quality warranty.
Assembly course: Skilled and professional personnel operate one process with fast speed and high efficiency.
Package and transportation: we firstly use locking device to fix the machine to avoid damage during the transportation. Then use anti water plastics films to cover and next put them into the wooden case which accord with exporting package standard.
