Coconut sugar vibrating sieves are used to separate different size sugar. The coconut sugar sometimes called coconut palm sugar, comes from the sap of the coconut palm tree — not the coconuts. It is a fully natural and sustainable sweetener.
The coconut sugar is got after the coconut sap is boiled and crystallized.Then coconut sugar manufacturer use the vibrating sieve to separate different size granular sugar and package them.
Working principle
The coconut sugar sieving usually choose the rotary vibrating sieve . It is made up of sieve base, spring, motor with eccentric weights, bottom frame, sieve frame, sieve frame with sieve, clamp and anti dust cover. The vibrating sieve use vibrating motor as the vibrating source, the eccentric weights phase angle adjustment can change the material motion trajectory.
You can adjust the phase angle according to your sieving demand. The air valve can be increased to control the material discharging speed.
