Product brief:
Straight Flo vibrating screener also called bag dump screener, batch sifter. The screener adopts two imbalanced-weight vibrating motors installed on opposing exterior sidewalls of the machine, instead of one motor positioned under the screening chamber, reducing overall height. Sometimes it can be one vibrating motor mounted on one side of machine to realize the material screening on mesh. It has discharging spout directly in line with feed in the center of vibrating screener., allowing on-size material to fall down through the screen in a straight-through path. Oversize material is ejected through a discharging port at the periphery of the screen.
It can be stationary or portable and often is used together with other machine such as bag dump station, vacuum conveyor or mixer.

Foods: Separation of bagasse from Sugar melt, casein curd from whey, corn fiber from starch slurry, gluten from wheat starch, de-watering of gruits and vegetables, spent coffee grounds,potato slices, instant rice, tuna, caustic bottle wash, apple or citrus juices prior to filtration.
Chemicals: Separation of salt from glycerine,polyethylene from extruder water.coagulum from latex, aligns from digestion liquor, Spirlina de watering, de-watering of digested reclaim rubber, TNT, clarifying of polyvinyl acetate emulsions, paints, enamels.
Pulp: De-watering of rejects before refining , de-watering of knots.
