Product brief:
Tumbler screen is low frequency rotary sieve which rotary track imitating manual screening is three dimension elliptical movement.This kind of motion make fine and ultra fine with ease.The elliptical movement sets radial & tangential inclination. The radical inclination makes the screening material move from center to outwards & tangential inclination makes material move in a circular pattern, thus a spiral motion is achieved. The material uniformly distribute on the whole screen surface from center towards periphery, every product residence time on screen surface can be adjusted. The tumbler screen can be up to 5 decks and achieve 6 sizes gradation.

Tumbler screen Deblinding system
The cleaning device can be chosen bouncing ball, roller brush and ultrasonic.
Roller brush work is achieved by brush rotary arranged under the screen mesh.There is support arm of rotary brush is drove by reducer mounted on base of screen. It is suitable for spherical, crystalline and fragile material.
Bouncing ball Kit
The kind of cleaning way is achieved by bouncing ball tapping screen mesh and secondary vibration. The bouncing ball is arranged between screen mesh ans ball tray. It is simple and has good cleaning effect, so it is widely applied. The bouncing ball is composed of coarse hole preformed steel, ball tray and bouncing ball with rubber or silica gel ball.
Ultrasonic ;Deblinding System
The ultrasonic is suitable for ultra fine material. The system realize the cleaning by ultrasonic generator’s high frequency vibration take the screen mesh vibration to finish. It not only solve deblinding and reduce downtime, but also increase output and accuracy.
