When the vibrating sieve is used for a long time, there occur clogging. The clogging reason have the following condition:
1. near aperture size particle clogging 2. material sticky 3. material deposit cause the mesh clogging.
For mesh clogging, we can provide three ways to solve the mesh clogging.
First, bouncing ball bounce between underside operation mesh and topside retaining mesh to dislodge material on aperture.
It is solve coarser 30 mesh or 40 mesh mesh blinding. The ball material can be rubber or silica.
There also increase rings or slider which are hollow cylinders. They are mounted on perforated plate and operation mesh. It is used for mesh finer than 14 mesh sieve.

The second is the rotary brush which is mounted top the operation mesh, it is used to dislodge the material by friction with operation mesh.

The brush can’t be used for sieve mesh finer than 100 mesh, otherwise it may destroy the operation mesh.
The third is ultrasonic cleaning system. The ultrasonic transducer change electricity energy into mechanical energy and make sieve synchronization
