As a high efficiency screening vibrating screen, it often is used together conveyor. Because long time work, there maybe occur some troublesome when it is working, such as automatic discharging failure or abnormal noise. How do you solve these issues?
If the discharging port can’t automatically discharge, please check whether the phase angle between upper and bottom eccentric weight is more than 90 degree. Because when the phase angle is more than 90 degree, the material will concentrate the center of screen mesh and can’t discharge. If this condition occur, please adjust.
If there is abnormal noise occur,please make the following check:1 if the screws clamps are loose and if the clamp fixed the screen plate. 2. check whether the perforated plate is damaged, or whether the grid is put in the groove. 3. Whether the support spring is damaged 4. whether motor mounting bolts are damaged 5.Whether the power lack the phase 6 whether the motor coil is burn out 7 whether the lubricant oil is too much.
If these checks are finished, there still is abnormal, please contact the manufacturer for solution.
