The vibrating screen mesh is very important for the vibrating screen.It influence the screening efficiency and the output if it isn’t correctly installed. The screen mesh is composed of mesh and mesh frame. Many client prepare the spare screen mesh to avoid downtime. How to replace the screen mesh? please refer to the following two ways:
1.Loosen clamp screw and take off the above frame, and get rid of the damaged mesh and put new fine mesh. Pave the fine mesh on coarse mesh and press tightly by hand. Then put the above frame and Then put the clamp and loosen combination pliers and tighten the screws. Finally use the rubber mallet to tap the surrounding of clamp then lock the copper nuts. The mesh change is finished. This is for glue mesh change.
2.Tension net ring fixing fine mesh replace. The first step also remove the above frame. Then put fine mesh on the coarse mesh, then press the tension net ring evenly.The fine net is flat and can’t too tighten. There is space for above frame pressing to avoid fine mesh damaged because of tension. Then cut off the surrounding extra net and use the sealing right to seal.
