The eccentric block is important part for the rotary vibrating screen. The eccentric block quantity and phase angle of up and down eccentric blocks have a great influence for the sieving efficiency.
The up eccentric block control material up and down jump, the bottom eccentric block control material rotary motion.
When the phase angle is 90 degree, the material concentrate the mesh center and don’t discharge. When the phase angle is large, the material discharge slowly and get full screening. When the phase angle is small , the material is easy to dischage.
So we need to know your material feature in order to make a correct commissioning before dispatch.
